#JesusChangedMyLife & #ParishRomansRoad

Beloved in Christ,

Though we are in this coronavirus quarantine, the gospel of Jesus Christ cannot be quarantined! Who could have imagined when we began this preaching series on the Romans Road of Evangelism that we would be facing this pandemic? In God’s providence, we have an opportunity to proclaim this good news of Jesus Christ to our friends, family, and neighbors through social media. This is a great opportunity to share the indestructible hope that we have in our Savior during this Easter season. We are adapting an idea called #JesusChangedMyLife, that we discovered from the Gospel Coalition. Here is a way we can encourage each other to share the hope we have in Jesus Christ at this unique time in conjunction with our current series on the Romans Road. In an effort to share this good news here are some steps we can take:

Create: Please type a written testimony (around 50-250 words) or make a 1-2-minute video of how the gospel of Jesus Christ has changed your life. Invite people to follow up with you or a Christian church near them, for help in this difficult season. As well, please invite them to join us for the livestream of the worship services at Parish. Here are some tips on sharing your testimony of how the gospel of Jesus Christ has changed your life.

Share: Please share the written testimony or video on your social media page starting Wednesday April 15th  through April 30th and tag #ParishRomansRoad.

Pray: Please pray that God would use these gospel testimonies to draw many people to repentance and faith in Jesus Christ. As well, pray that this would encourage them to desire to hear more about this good news through the livestream worship at Parish.

May God our Father grant us the grace to reach many people with the gospel, so that they may be delivered from the domain of darkness and transferred to the kingdom of his beloved Son, for the praise of His glorious grace.

-Brian Philips
