Giving
“For you know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that though He was rich, yet for your sakes He became poor, that you through His poverty might become rich.” 2 Corinthians 8:9
God does not need our money. The world is His, and all its fullness. He has given us everything we have; what do we have that we have not received? We give our offerings to God as part of our worship and thanksgiving. We do not need to worry about what we will eat or drink because our heavenly Father will feed us. He feeds the birds, and He values His children far more than He values the birds. Because we trust our Father, we can cheerfully give.
